The hotel's rooms, while not ultramodern, offer all essential comforts in generously sized spaces. A unique place full of interesting history in a town full of stories. The former Warren Jeff's (Google him) compound now turned hotel. Spacious rooms, large hallways with photography of famous places around the world. The rooms aren't very modern but do have basic essentials. Elevator isn't functional to reach the second floor. Pets are allowed on the first. Breakfast is included. The grounds could use some upkeep but the red mountain backdrop makes up for it.

Very nice hotel for the money. We were greeted promptly and had no problem with check in. Spacious room with a large closet and all the normal amenities. It even had a good breakfast. It is an interesting property since it was originally designed as a mansion. It's more of a "compound" than a hotel so the parking area is quite secure. If I ever get back this way I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The sweetest people own this hotel, and they made a wonderful breakfast for us. If passing through, I would definitely stay here again. Our road trip was from California to South Dakota and back, but this was one of the most beautiful places on our journey.

Vinessa was extremely nice and was even willing to give me a tour of some of the rooms even though I wasn’t staying there for the night. She gave me some cool stories of the place and taught me some epic history lessons. Great service from her! I’ll be staying here in the future!

My daughter and I were traveling cross country and happened to land one night at this hotel. The price could not be beat so I wasn't expecting the best experience. Boy, what a surprise! The hotel looks quite different than your typical chain hotels. The room was a bit funky but everything was great. Best complimentary breakfast ever!
